6) McLaren F1 – 240 MPH
On March 31, 1998, the F1 set the record for the fastest production car in the world at 240 mph. Despite only being fourth on the list, the car is still the fastest naturally aspirated car in the world. The car has a 6.1-liter V12 with 627 horsepower. In order to drive the car, the driver must sit in the middle, sort of like a Formula One car.
5) Saleen S7 Twin-Turbo – 248 MPH
This super Saleen is a very rare machine. Hey, look at that; we made a rhyme. The original S7 was rare, but this version won’t be seen by many people. The motor is a V8 packing 750 horsepower. This twin-turbocharged monster went on sale for $585,296 in 2005.
